ITSM / ITAM Systems Technician

This opportunity is part of a strategic project related to IT service and asset management, where you will be able to develop expert knowledge in industry-leading platforms such as Proactivanet.

• Administration of ticketing tools for ITSM and ITAM environments.
• Implementation of the application and its different modules and functionalities.
• Configuration and integration of new components and processes.
• Administration, maintenance, and evolution of the platform.
• Incident resolution and functional and technical support.
• Liaising with the client and supporting the continuous improvement of the services provided.
• Active participation in implementation projects for ITSM and ITAM solutions based on Proactivanet and similar tools.

You will join a long-term project, participating in the implementation and administration of an IT service and asset management platform for an important Public Administration body.

You will be part of a team specialized in ITSM/ITAM solutions, collaborating directly with the client and participating in the evolution of the tool, its modules, and its integrations.

• Higher Vocational Training in Computer Systems Administration, Computer Science, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience administering ticketing tools or IT service management platforms.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, and ITIL methodology.
• Ability to work autonomously and an orientation toward problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and client-facing abilities.

• Previous experience with Proactivanet or similar tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or other ITSM solutions.
• Experience in the implementation of modules and integrations for service management platforms.
• Experience working on projects for large organizations or Public Administrations.

• Stable, long-term project.
• Intensive morning shift, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00 h.
