The role
As part of one of our training projects, we are looking to bring on a Transversal Training Teacher to deliver a high-quality learning experience in equality, diversity, accessibility, and sustainability.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, universal accessibility, and sustainability applied to the work environment.
You will be responsible for preparing and delivering practical and participatory training aimed at an adult audience, combining synchronous sessions with asynchronous activities, real cases, and facilitating debates. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching, enjoys facilitating groups, and knows how to connect theoretical content with real situations in professional practice.
What you'll do
Design and preparation: Prepare and adapt content, presentations, exercises, and practical cases for the two modules of the program.
Teaching and facilitation: Deliver synchronous sessions in Spanish and facilitate asynchronous learning activities.
Facilitation: Encourage active participation, facilitate debates on gender bias, accessibility, diversity, and ecological transition, and answer questions.
Support: Create an inclusive, participatory, and respectful learning environment, providing feedback on student progress.
Coordination: Work hand in hand with the Ironhack team to report on the progress of the training and ensure the success of the program.
How you'll work
Period: November 2026 (live sessions on November 11 and 17).
Teaching load: 7 hours (6 synchronous hours + 1 asynchronous hour).

Practical session on gender bias in job searching and in the use of AI.
Principles of universal design and digital accessibility.
Diversity in the work environment: regulations and best practices.
Asynchronous activity based on real cases, forum debate, and a quiz.
Sustainability and ecological transition in the professional environment (3.5 h)
Workshop on sustainability as a transversal skill.
Practical cases on integrating ecological transition into traditional sectors.
Asynchronous activity with readings, videos, and quizzes.
