About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to take on the strategic and operational ownership of the integral student lifecycle: from advanced cohort management and leading teaching teams, to internship placement strategy and institutional relations.
In this role, you will not only coordinate operations; you will design processes, automate workflows, optimize retention metrics, and ensure a level of operational excellence in massive programs, guaranteeing regulatory compliance in Spain for subsidized projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Cohort Scalability
Direct the end-to-end operations of 20 to 30 cohorts in parallel, guaranteeing control of performance KPIs, attendance, deliverables, and surveys.
Implement automations and optimizations in current workflows to manage a high volume of users while maintaining maximum educational quality.
Lead and evaluate instructors and teaching assistants, ensuring high-level teaching standards, pedagogical alignment, and an outstanding experience for students.
Design, measure, and optimize the onboarding and integration strategy to proactively mitigate dropout rates.
Continuously analyze metrics such as NPS, teaching satisfaction, and completion rate to execute immediate corrective measures.
Develop the prospecting strategy and alliances with companies for the incorporation of students into professional tech internships.
Supervise the selection process between student profiles and the needs of collaborating companies.
Mentor and follow up with the student during their internship period, acting as an escalation point for incident resolution.

Supervise strict compliance with educational regulations, internship agreements, and the document management required by public administrations and institutions.
Master the use of institutional tools (such as QBID, GIA, or similar) for the legal validation and management of records.
