Aimed at children and young people from 3 to 16 years old, it prioritizes the understanding of content and the development of mathematical skills linked to problem-solving, fostering the learning of this discipline through experimentation, conversation, and individualized practice. In this sense, Innovamat offers sequenced learning trajectories, resources, training, and support to the educational community, with the support of specialists in mathematics didactics and the science of mathematical learning.

• Pedagogical Performance and Support: Integrate into the didactic advisory team as the main contact for schools in Brazil.

• Training and Classroom Practice: Conduct training, class modeling, observations, formative meetings, webinars (webinars), and workshops.

• End-to-End Implementation Management: Lead the implementation of Innovamat, from planning to the delivery of results.

• Strategic Relationships: Manage relationships with management, pedagogical coordinations, and education secretariats.

• Processes and Operational Efficiency: Structure and optimize processes by supporting yourself with data, spreadsheets, and Artificial Intelligence tools.

• Metrics-Oriented Execution: Translate implementations into action plans with clear goals, performance indicators, and rigorous follow-up.

• Pedagogical Alignment: Collaborate with the didactic advisory to guarantee the fidelity of the pedagogical proposal, with specialized support.

• High-Impact Environment: Act in a dynamic environment, generating a measurable impact in mathematics classes.

• Essential: Previous experience as a teacher and/or pedagogical coordinator, preferably in Mathematics, Primary Education (Early Years).

• Genuine passion for mathematics and education (and for transforming traditional methods!).

• Passionate about learning and generating social impact. We want to feel that passion!

• Adaptability and flexibility.

• Ease of public speaking and excellent communication skills.

• Fast learner and autonomy.

• Ability to connect with and manage a portfolio of partner schools.

• Desire to work in a dynamic, motivating, and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently, organized, and self-directed.

• Ability to perform confidently in stressful and high-pressure environments.

• Availability to travel.

• Languages: Fluent Portuguese and Spanish (desirable for coordinating with the global team).
