What we're looking for

Minimum of 7-10 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Operations.
Demonstrated hands-on experience managing complex investigations, deviation handling, CAPA programs, and product quality complaints.
Proven track record in direct interlocution and dispute resolution with external manufacturers (CMOs / CDMOs / suppliers).
Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and continuous improvement projects.

The role

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Operations Manager.

What will your challenges be?

Manage workload distribution, define operational objectives, and ensure consistent alignment across product quality standards.
Supervise the overall quality operation processes: Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, OOS/OOT investigations, and Quality Agreements.
Ensure compliance across GxP domains (GMP, GDP, GLP, GCP, GVP) in close coordination with internal departments and global subsidiaries.
Support internal and external audits (contract manufacturers, suppliers, CROs, and distribution centers).
