The role

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Love ISDIN Specialist

What will your challenges be?

Lead assigned Consumer Engagement projects end-to-end, from brief and planning to execution, coordination and results analysis.
Coordinate key LOVE ISDIN / Community initiatives, supporting consumer acquisition, engagement and loyalty.
Lead specific strategic projects such as the School Campaign, coordinating internal teams, external partners and activation across relevant audiences/channels.
Develop and coordinate consumer experiences and activations linked to key marketing campaigns, product launches and brand priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Marketing, CRM/Automation, Social Media, Events, Sales and other internal teams, ensuring alignment on timings, objectives and deliverables.
Support the activation of the ISDIN App and LOVE ISDIN ecosystem as consumer engagement and communication channels.
Identify opportunities to improve the consumer journey and increase participation, engagement and recurrence across initiatives.
Manage external agencies and partners when required, ensuring quality, timings and budget control.
Monitor project performance and key KPIs, extracting learnings and recommendations for future activations.
Contribute proactively to the development of new engagement concepts, partnerships and consumer experiences.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education: BA in Economics, ADE, Marketing, or similar.
Experience: At least 2 years in Marketing or similar.
Languages: High level of English.
