What we're looking for

Certifications (Valued): ITIL v4 Foundation, Scrum Master, PM² Alliance, or PMP.

The role

At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by bringing on a Senior Consultant to join one of our most important clients.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain project management artifacts (Project Charter, Risk Register, Change Log, Decision Log, RACI).
  • Perform functional needs analysis, requirements definition, and validation of technical deliverables.
  • Monitor service quality, evaluate SLA deviations, and propose corrective or continuous improvement actions.
  • Coordinate the traceability of actions and communication flows with third-party maintenance and development contractors.
