The role
As a strategic partner to the client, develop territory and micro-market plans, focusing on defending or capturing consumers, based on data and negotiating commercial agreements aligned with corporate guidelines, to achieve volume, market share (SOM), and return on investment (ROI) objectives in a sustained manner, while maintaining operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyzes sales/customer/point of sale/consumer data and provides insights that facilitate decision-making, the design of territory plans, and the implementation of timely corrective actions for said plans.
- Planning & Prioritization: Designs and defines the plans for their territory, defining how they will achieve the objectives set for them with a focus on defending or capturing consumers. Develops the most efficient planning to manage points of sale within the assigned territory, prioritizing activities based on consumer needs and business opportunities, maximizing productivity.
- Validation & Follow up/Test & Learn: Aligns and validates territory plans with their Sales Manager, follows up on their implementation, reports planned actions, follows up and shares successes and learnings regarding both achievements and cases where objectives are not met, establishing mechanisms to acquire joint insights within their team that can contribute to the team's development.
- Effective levers implementation and Category management: Participates in the design of launches, programs, and promotions based on consumer needs, maximizing investment and impact across sales channels. Selects the most appropriate commercial levers for the point of sale, generating business for both the client and the company. Contributes to the development of commercial actions based on the portfolio and the pricing strategy of their area. Implements category management principles to increase value for the client, consumer, and company.
- Stakeholders management: Maintains solid relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally (all departments). Supports clients in their business needs, acting as a strategic partner and proposing win-win relationships. Adds value through training and updates on consumers and market trends. Proactively shares local insights and needs to influence regional and national decisions.
- Training & Development: Actively participates in their own self-development and continuous training to strengthen capabilities and ensure the consolidation of their profile, acquiring the necessary skills and abilities to develop efficiently.
