Junior Electronic

We are looking for an Electronic Technician to join our Production team and contribute to ensuring the correct operation, reliability, and efficiency of our machinery and production facilities. The selected person will be responsible for performing specialized work in the configuration, conversion, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of machinery, continuously supervising and inspecting its electrical, electronic, and automated functions. Likewise, they will carry out the measurements, adjustments, and regulation of the parameters necessary to ensure optimal equipment operation and the continuity of the production process. Among their main responsibilities will be performing periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of machines and production systems, as well as the planning and management of necessary spare parts through SAP, ensuring their availability and installation within the appropriate timeframes. During the production shift, they will perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting activities, analyzing data related to downtime and incidents to identify their causes and develop the corresponding corrective and preventive actions. They will also be responsible for sharing relevant information with technicians on subsequent shifts, promoting proper team coordination and effective planning of maintenance interventions. The position will also play an active role in quality control and continuous improvement, supervising machinery operation and process performance to ensure product quality and compliance with established standards. The person is expected to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions that allow for equipment optimization, process simplification, and increased efficiency of the machines and systems used in the Make & Pack areas. Safety will be a priority in all their actions. They must work in accordance with operating procedures and applicable occupational risk prevention requirements, identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions, communicate incidents and near-miss situations and, within their scope of responsibility, adopt the necessary measures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. We are looking for a person with initiative and a results orientation, capable of taking the lead and assuming responsibilities, making decisions, and seeing actions through to completion. Someone who enjoys finding solutions, who is curious enough to question the status quo, and who brings creativity and agility to do things in an increasingly simple and efficient way. Their ability to work and collaborate with others, share knowledge, provide feedback, communicate openly and respectfully, and contribute to the development of the team will be equally important. All this while acting with responsibility and integrity, taking into account the impact of their decisions and maintaining a long-term vision. In addition to these main responsibilities, they may perform specific electronic interventions and other technical tasks related to their field of competence, according to operational needs and priorities established by their manager.
