The role

We are looking for an Electronic Quality Engineer with a strong electronics background to analyze and resolve technical issues, acting as a liaison between quality, R&D, and production. The role will play a key part in product change validation and continuous improvement of industrial processes.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

Analyzing and resolving quality issues arising from customers, internal production, or suppliers on our own machinery.
Investigating technical issues of an electronic, mechanical, and firmware-related nature.
Diagnosing faults in electronic boards, components, electrical consumption, and failures on circuit boards.
Participating in the validation of changes and product improvements developed by R&D, defining test plans and functional trials.
Detecting potential errors before industrialization and production launch.
Defining and standardizing quality controls in the machine assembly process.
Developing checklists and control criteria in collaboration with Production Engineering.
Proposing continuous improvement actions derived from the analysis of product and process non-conformities.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Education: Electrical or Electronic Engineering degree or similar; advanced technical training with solid practical experience will also be valued.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering positions or in electronics within an industrial environment.
Experience in analyzing and solving problems related to electronic components (basic knowledge of firmware will be valued).
Ability to interpret electronic schematics and analyze faults on boards and components.
Experience in defining functional tests and product validation.
Intermediate to advanced level of English for handling technical documentation.
Advanced user of office automation tools.
Analytical and proactive profile, oriented toward continuous improvement and with cross-functional working skills.
