Administration and Finance Director

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.

• Professional experience exceeding 8 years in financial and administrative responsibility positions, preferably in corporate groups or organizations with diverse economic activities.

• Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, Basque, and English (C1 level).

• You will prepare, coordinate, and supervise the annual budget, financial projections, and the economic monitoring of the Strategic Plan.

• You will manage treasury, cash flow, and financing needs.

• You will supervise accounting, monthly and annual closings, as well as the preparation of audited annual accounts.

• You will implement and improve reporting tools, financial KPIs, and internal control systems.

• You will coordinate the economic management of national and international public funding projects.

• You will coordinate the implementation of people management policies.

• You will guarantee regulatory, labor, tax, and administrative compliance.
