• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and performance.
• Design and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and the company's growth vision.
• Manage and optimize the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an agile, efficient selection process with a world-class candidate experience.
• Develop and execute Employer Branding initiatives that position our firm as a market leader, attracting the best professionals in the financial and technology sectors.
• Establish and monitor strategic KPIs, using a data-driven approach to analyze key metrics and optimize team effectiveness.
• Proactively collaborate with business leaders (Hiring Managers) to understand their talent needs and provide customized, efficient solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new recruitment technologies and platforms (ATS, AI in HR, etc.) to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the talent market in the financial and technology sectors to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges.

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in talent management or an MBA will be valued.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in talent management roles, with at least 3 years leading recruitment teams in the Banking, Finance, or FinTech sector.
• Proven track record in attracting and selecting senior-level profiles, including roles in investment banking, asset management, financial technology, and software development.
• Expert proficiency in managing high-volume recruitment processes and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability in designing and executing Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategies.
• Analytical mindset, with experience in defining, tracking, and reporting talent KPIs.
• C1 level of English and native Spanish are essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic orientation, proactivity, and strong adaptability to a constantly changing environment.
