What are we looking for?
In our DSV Rubí branch, we want to incorporate a Payroll Specialist for the Payroll Spain team. Their main mission will be to take responsibility for the payroll process, as well as the administrative process derived from employee hiring, for all companies in the group. Among other functions, you will collaborate in:
- Preparation of the complete payroll process; entry of variables, calculation, supervision, monthly IRPF calculation, application of stock options, etc.
- Hiring: preparation of the contract, entry into the system, and communication to official bodies (SEPE).
- Social Security procedures: monthly submissions of social security filings, various claims with the organization, registrations/deregistrations in social security, communications regarding types such as working day reductions, paternity leave, etc.
- Tax Authority procedures: management of monthly 111 and annual 190 documents.
- Calculation and preparation of dismissal documents, special agreements, end of contract, etc.
- Updating and application of collective agreements within the A3 Equipo system.
- Advising employees on labor matters.
