🎯 What does the program involve?

The training program consists of training modules focused on people management, leadership development, management tools, and store operations, as well as developing assertive communication and feedback skills in the JYSK way. During the program, you will learn the theoretical knowledge and put it into practice right away through practical exercises with your colleagues.

Five one-week modules over 9 months
On-the-job training between modules with a mentor, designed to keep developing your skills and prepare you for the big career challenge
During the development program, you will be hired as a Store Manager Trainee and will take on this role in the store, combining your development and learning with a position of responsibility in the store
A final exam with a practical case study
Trip to the head office for the training sessions
