Product Owner

• Education: Degree or qualification in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management, or a similar discipline.
• Professional experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in IT, digital products, or business analysis, with consolidated experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in agile teams.
• Product Management: Solid track record defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and product increments.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate needs, expectations, and dependencies between technical and business teams.
• SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development life cycle, agile methodologies, quality practices, and release management.
• Languages: High / Advanced English level, indispensable for communicating fluently in an international environment.
• Previous experience in Marketing projects.

• AI Innovation: Interest and practical experience in AI-assisted deliveries, generative AI tools, automations, or agents applied to software development and product management.
• Previous experience in project coordination in environments with a regional presence (Europe and Latam).

We are looking for a Product Owner for a key project within an international environment. You will join our Technology Hub, operating with teams from Europe and Latin America. Your main mission will be to lead the evolution of our strategic platforms not only in what we build, but in how we build it, driving the use of data, automation, agile practices, and AI-assisted collaboration to elevate quality, predictability, and speed in deliveries.

• Backlog Management and Prioritization: You will be the owner of the product backlog, defining and prioritizing it to ensure alignment between business value, operational needs, technical enablers, and the team's delivery capacity.
• Requirements Translation: You will convert opportunities, business needs, and discoveries into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable product outcomes.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: You will work side-by-side with Scrum Master, Engineering, QA, SRE, Architecture, UX, and business Stakeholder teams to ensure agile, high-quality delivery from the discovery phase through to production.
• Applied AI Pioneer: You will contribute to integrating AI agents and AI-assisted practices within the software development lifecycle (refinement, test coverage, documentation, etc.), identifying use cases that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Strategy and Roadmap: You will provide support in defining the roadmap, release planning, communication with stakeholders, and transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Product Vision: You will promote platform ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement focused on customer impact.
