Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience managing complex projects (ideally in electrical installations, renewables, or mobility).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and single-line diagrams.
Proficiency in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
Strong financial acumen: costs, margins, invoicing, production.
Key skills: leadership, process orientation (Lean/Agile), excellent communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.

The role

As a Project Manager for Home&Channel Projects, you will take on a strategic role with great autonomy. You will be the key figure in managing major contracts with sales channels in the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Beyond classic management, we are looking for someone with a strong operational vision: your main mission will be continuous improvement and the definition of processes, establishing agile and efficient workflows among our partners, the installer network, and the end customer.

What you'll do

Comprehensive project management: Plan and organize the execution of large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects, ensuring deadlines and resources are met.
Process design and improvement: Define, implement, and optimize operational workflows among sales channels, installers, and the customer to ensure a seamless experience.
Advanced financial management: Lead project financial control. You will not only track budgets but also be responsible for the actual management of invoicing, costs, and production.
Technical coordination: Direct and supervise work teams (internal and external), ensuring quality standards and compliance with current regulations.
Stakeholder management: Maintain fluid and constant communication with major clients, suppliers, and strategic partners, aligning expectations and ensuring deliveries.
Proactive resolution: Identify risks, resolve complex issues, and establish contingency plans to keep the project on track.
