We are currently looking to hire an HR ADMINISTRATOR to join the People department at our logistics center located in Tordera, to ensure rigorous, agile, and people-oriented administrative management.

We are looking for a profile highly oriented towards detail and quality, who guarantees that information and administrative processes are always correctly managed, but who at the same time has the curiosity and initiative to question how we can do things better, simplify processes, and incorporate new tools and ways of working.

• Personnel administration: manage labor documentation, hiring, movements, and employee incidents.

• Time tracking and payroll: perform monitoring of working days, absenteeism, incidents, and variables necessary for the monthly payroll process.

• People support: attend to and respond to inquiries related to day-to-day labor and administrative management.

• External personnel and suppliers: manage and perform administrative monitoring of documentation, costs, and incidents linked to external personnel and suppliers.

• Onboarding, training, and OSH: provide support and administratively coordinate onboarding, training, and occupational health and safety processes.

• Quality and reliability of information: ensure that People data, documentation, and systems are always complete, updated, and correctly recorded, maintaining a very high level of rigor, precision, and attention to detail.

• Continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation: participate actively in the improvement of administrative processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and work more efficiently through new tools, technology, and AI.
