The role

πŸ“ Remote EMEA β€’ Business β€’ Kayzen

πŸ‘‹ Hello! I am Sebastian, Marketing Lead at Kayzen, and I am looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team.

Kayzen is the Apps DSP: an AI-native platform built on its own bidding engine, for buying app inventory across mobile and connected TV screens. App developers, agencies, media buyers and ad platforms use Kayzen to drive full-funnel outcomes across both screens, from awareness and consideration to installs, purchases and calls. Available through self-serve and managed services, Kayzen combines machine-learning optimisation with bid- and impression-level transparency, granular control over buying decisions, and AI capabilities that connect campaign data to the AI assistants teams already use. Kayzen's vision is to democratise programmatic marketing by making it accessible to every team. Headquartered in Berlin, Kayzen operates globally.

What you'll do

We are looking for a hands-on, data-minded B2B marketer to build a repeatable demand-generation and lifecycle engine for Kayzen. You will own the operational foundations that turn campaigns, contacts and customer signals into measurable growth, combining paid acquisition, CRM, automation and continuous optimization.

  • Plan and run targeted B2B acquisition campaigns across relevant paid channels, testing audiences, messages and conversion paths to generate qualified leads.
  • Own the marketing-qualified lead (MQL) engine: lead capture, segmentation, scoring, routing and nurture journeys in close partnership with Sales.
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, newsletters and lifecycle communications so the right audiences receive relevant messages at the right time.
  • Configure, connect and continuously improve HubSpot, forms, campaign tracking and supporting MarTech tools; automate repeatable workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop clear reporting and dashboards for funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, lead quality and lifecycle engagement; turn insights into practical improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and Sales team on account-based marketing (ABM), target-account activation and follow-up workflows.
  • Design and run focused experiments across landing pages, conversion journeys, paid channels and, where relevant, SEO/AEO, measuring what works before scaling.
  • Maintain clean, reliable CRM data, audience lists and attribution processes, and proactively troubleshoot workflow or integration issues.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Events & Community to activate launches, content, event leads and partner campaigns through coordinated growth and nurture programs.
