For our school in Nou Barris we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Can you imagine being the person who ensures that the Kids&Us educational experience is lived with excellence every day?

As Academic Coordinator, you will be the pedagogical reference for the center and the key figure in ensuring that the Kids&Us method is implemented with rigor, coherence, and sensitivity.

Your role combines an educational perspective, people support, and a close relationship with families, contributing directly to academic quality and student loyalty.

* You directly impact the learning and development of children.

* You support and help the teaching team grow.

* You are a key piece of the center's leadership, working hand in hand with Management.

* You experience education from the inside, with purpose and pedagogical excellence.

* Guarantee the correct implementation of the Kids&Us methodology and pedagogical processes.

* Ensure the quality of classes and student progress through continuous monitoring.

* Select, train, and support the teaching team in their professional development.

* Be the pedagogical reference for the team and a point of support for families.

* Coordinate special academic services and ensure the availability of materials.

* Collaborate in recruitment actions, academic events, and center communication.

* Work in a coordinated manner with Management to align academic and center objectives.

What we are looking for

* Training in education, pedagogy, or related areas.

* Experience in teaching, academic coordination, or management of educational teams.

* High communication capacity and orientation toward families.

* Organization, pedagogical judgment, and the ability to support other professionals.

* Affinity with the Kids&Us values and methodology.

* High level of English.

* Sexual Offenses Certificate with no criminal record (legal requirement).
