We invite you to apply to our community as Academic Coordinator for the Faculty of Law! We are looking for someone with experience in academic management and university teaching, as well as in the direction or coordination of higher education programs. Experience in online teaching will be highly valued. It is essential to have a solid knowledge of the regulations applicable to higher education in Colombia and the national legal framework, as well as possessing a strategic and academic leadership vision oriented towards excellence and the achievement of institutional objectives.
Coordinate and supervise the academic management of undergraduate and graduate programs affiliated with the Faculty of Law, ensuring compliance with institutional and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Monitor the academic development of the programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting actions that contribute to the quality of training and the student experience.
Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of academic activities of the programs, ensuring proper articulation between teachers, students, and institutional support areas.
Participate in the processes of qualified registration, accreditation, self-evaluation, and quality assurance, contributing to the fulfillment of the standards established by the competent authorities.
Design, implement, and evaluate curricular strategies and projects that strengthen the integral formation of students.
Accompany program directors and academic teams in the implementation of strategies aimed at curricular strengthening, educational innovation, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate the preparation and updating of the academic documentation required for the proper functioning of the Faculty's programs.
Law professionals with a Master's and/or PhD in Law or Legal Sciences.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic management and/or coordination of programs, areas, or faculties in higher education.
At least 5 years of university teaching experience, preferably in online mode.
Knowledge of the regulations applicable to Higher Education Institutions in Colombia and the national legal framework.
We value the handling of educational platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, among others.
