• Remote work model 🏡. Option to work from the office, but always at the employee's choice.

• Flexible hours ⏰: flexible schedule with entry at 8:30 AM and exit at 6:00 PM, with intensive working hours on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and intensive working hours in summer (July and August) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring technological initiatives within the Architecture Governance unit, ensuring the correct management of projects, procedures, risks, metrics, and reporting, collaborating with different areas and stakeholders to guarantee the visibility and evolution of the initiatives

• Manage initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and generating reports and updates.

• Generation of presentations and communication in different forums.

• Prepare documentation relating to the initiatives.

• Make improvement proposals within the Governance unit.

• Identify, communicate, and escalate blockers that impact the initiatives

• Consolidate metrics, reports, and tracking charts to provide visibility to the area.

• Management of project risks to the rest of the processes.
