Expert in Technological Governance of the Digital Ecosystem/12356

You will be responsible for driving, coordinating, implementing, and supervising the technological governance framework of the digital ecosystem. Your objective will be to ensure that digital solutions, platforms, and services are developed and operated with common criteria of security, coherence, sustainability, and strategic alignment, connecting corporate policies with the real capabilities of the implemented technology.

The main activities you will carry out are the following:

• Define, maintain, and implement the technological governance framework, including policies, standards, and minimum requirements for security, architecture, development, infrastructure, continuity, and AI.
• Establish and apply evaluation and approval criteria for solutions, platforms, providers, and technological partners.
• Coordinate compliance with standards with internal teams, headquarters, missions, and providers, supporting their application in projects and contracts.
• Supervise compliance with the framework, identifying gaps, managing deviations and exceptions, and proposing prioritized and traceable improvement plans.
• Translate and communicate technical and security criteria into clear, understandable rules applicable by both technical and non-technical profiles.
