🛠️ Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in facades and architectural envelopes to lead and comprehensively manage assigned projects, from the design phase through to client settlement. You will be responsible for multidisciplinary project coordination, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, deadlines, and costs.
What you'll do
- Comprehensive project management: design, calculations, planning.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Economic control: costs, deviations, negotiations.
- Monitoring the construction schedule and adjustments due to scope changes.
- Coordination of construction teams and subcontractors.
- Technical and economic negotiation of contractual modifications.
- Technical and commercial liaison with the client.
- Management of certifications and collections.
- Resolution of incidents and supervision of assembly.
Requirements
- Higher technical education: Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Technical Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years in construction roles.
- Experience in metal facades, curtain walls, ventilated systems, etc.
- Knowledge of costs, planning, and quality.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Simultaneous management of multiple projects.
- Advanced English; French is a plus.
- Full availability to travel nationwide.
