Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in the definition, evolution, and management of digital products, with a special focus on technological and AI solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into end-to-end technological solutions that are viable, scalable, and impact-oriented.
Experience in the design and implementation of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, from conceptualization and prototyping to their integration into the product.
Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with different business, product, and technology stakeholders.
Solid technical foundation in software architecture, development, systems, or cloud environments.
Knowledge of scalable architectures (APIs, microservices, cloud-native, etc.) and agile methodologies.
Experience or solid background with Java backend.

Experience or practical familiarity with tools for AI applied to development (Development assistants such as copilots, code generation, refactoring, rapid prototyping and experimentation, decision-making support: analysis, documentation, ideation).

English level B2 or higher.
