Cloud & Infrastructure Business Line Manager

That you have extensive experience and knowledge of:

• Management of cloud infrastructures and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

• Public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise infrastructures (data center), and hybrid solutions.

• Cloud migration, and support for cloud-native application transformation, infrastructure as code, and serverless / FaaS.

• Configuration of support services for Data and Artificial Intelligence.

• Optimization of cloud services and infrastructures, FinOps.

• Technology strategy and planning.

• Achievement and management of partner incentives and funds.

That you have a multidisciplinary profile, having been a technician and managed projects, but also having led business development and/or commercial tasks.

• Great capacity for leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Initiative, empathy, great communication skills, and flexibility.

• Active listening skills

Excellent client interface with good communication and persuasion skills.

• Capable of building a value proposition around our service offering.

At least 10 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms.

• Develop business by participating in the acquisition of new clients and in the definition of new service models following a growth strategy; supporting and working closely with the sales team on one hand and the operations team on the other.

• Participate in the definition of the commercial and growth strategy of the business line, co-defining together with operations and commercial management the service portfolio of the assigned areas and the annual operating plan.

• Manage commercial alliances and relationships with technology partners, particularly with hyperscalers.

• Collaborate in the definition and management of the budget assigned to the area's activities, performing correct control and periodic monitoring of it to ensure compliance.

• Proactive participation in innovation initiatives within the area and collaboration in initiatives from other areas, establishing synergies with other Lines of Business within the company.

• Marketing and Communication: Identify and organize events related to your business line(s) working closely with the company's Marketing and Communication area.
