Experience leading complex technology initiatives.
Knowledge of generative AI architectures and agent-based systems.
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem:
- Microsoft Copilot
- Azure AI Services
- Azure OpenAI
Knowledge of data integration and corporate knowledge sources.
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

The role

Are you interested in building an AI platform from scratch that will transform the way a leading company develops software?

We are looking for an AI Technical Lead to participate in the construction of an Artificial Intelligence agent platform designed to help technology teams work more efficiently, consistently, and aligned with the standards of an important client company.

We are not just looking for a technical expert. We want to bring on board someone capable of combining architecture, leadership, methodology, and technology evangelism to become a benchmark within the organization.

What you'll do

You will be one of the key figures in defining and building this platform, contributing both to its technological design and to the adoption of new AI-supported ways of working within development teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Define and evolve AI agent-based architectures.
Take part in designing a corporate artificial intelligence platform.
Establish best practices, standards, and AI governance mechanisms.
Define guardrails for the safe and responsible use of AI-based solutions.
Support development teams in adopting the new operating model.
Drive methodologies focused on quality, testing, continuous delivery, and AI-assisted development.
Act as a technical reference and evangelist within the organization.
Connect the technology vision with real business needs.
