Systems Architect (Hybrid Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure) - 100% Remote

We are looking for a Systems Architect with solid experience in designing and building enterprise technology infrastructures to join a strategic project within the banking sector.

The selected candidate will take part in defining the organization's technology architecture, considering on-premise and cloud environments as an integrated ecosystem, ensuring scalable, resilient, secure, and efficient solutions.

• Design and document technology infrastructure architectures.

• Define compute, storage, virtualization, and container orchestration solutions.

• Design high-availability architectures and disaster recovery plans.

• Actively participate in the build and implementation of the defined solutions.

• Carry out capacity planning and sizing for the medium and long term.

• Promote infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring consistency between design and implementation.

• Resolve complex technical issues and support strategic decision-making regarding infrastructure.

• Consolidated experience (approximately +5 years) in technical architecture or infrastructure roles.

• Deep knowledge of at least one of the following environments:

  • On-premise infrastructure (VMware, bare metal servers).

  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Experience in:

  • Designing scalable and resilient clusters.

  • Virtualization and container orchestration.

  • Storage architectures (block, object, and file).

  • High availability and disaster recovery.

  • Capacity and performance management.

  • Infrastructure automation using IaC.

Buscamos un/a Systems Architect con sólida experiencia en diseño y construcción de infraestructuras tecnológicas empresariales para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro del sector bancario.

La persona seleccionada participará en la definición de la arquitectura tecnológica de la organización, considerando los entornos on-premise y cloud como un ecosistema integrado, garantizando soluciones escalables, resilientes, seguras y eficientes.

• Diseñar y documentar arquitecturas de infraestructura tecnológica.

• Definir soluciones de cómputo, almacenamiento, virtualización y orquestación de contenedores.

• Diseñar arquitecturas de alta disponibilidad y planes de recuperación ante desastres (Disaster Recovery).

• Participar activamente en la construcción e implantación de las soluciones definidas.

• Realizar planificación de capacidad y dimensionamiento a medio y largo plazo.

• Promover la automatización de infraestructuras mediante herramientas de Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares garantizando la coherencia entre diseño e implementación.

• Resolver problemas técnicos complejos y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas en materia de infraestructura

• Experiencia consolidada (aproximadamente +5 años) en puestos de arquitectura técnica o infraestructura.

• Conocimiento profundo en al menos uno de los siguientes entornos:

  • Infraestructura on-premise (VMware, servidores bare metal).

  • Plataformas cloud (Azure, AWS o Google Cloud Platform).

• Experiencia en:

  • Diseño de clústeres escalables y resilientes.

  • Virtualización y orquestación de contenedores.

  • Arquitecturas de almacenamiento (bloque, objeto y fichero).

  • Alta disponibilidad y recuperación ante desastres.

  • Gestión de capacidad y rendimiento.

  • Automatización de infraestructuras mediante IaC.

• Modelo de trabajo en remoto 🏡. Opción de ir a trabajar a oficinas pero siempre a elección del trabajador.

• Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h

• Vacaciones 🌴: 22 días de vacaciones + 2 días de libre disposición, además de los días 24 y 31 de diciembre libres.
