About the role

You will join a team led by highly prestigious professionals in the sector, providing support in advising our clients on transfer pricing matters. In particular, you will participate in the development of the following functions:

What you'll do

  • Analysis and valuation of related-party transactions - "setting & testing": (i) analysis of the companies' business activity (purchase and sale of products, intra-group services, etc.) (ii) analysis and valuation of financial transactions (loans, corporate guarantees, financial hybrids): reasonable level of indebtedness, repayment capacity, tenor, interest rate, etc.; (iii) valuation of intangibles, among others.
  • Dispute Resolution projects - assistance in audit procedures and relations with the Tax Administration (appeals, MAP and APA).
  • Business restructuring projects and value chain optimization.
  • Transfer pricing documentation projects.

What we're looking for

  • We are looking for professionals with a degree in Law and/or Business Administration, or related fields, with a Master's in Taxation. A CFA or CEVE qualification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in transfer pricing and international taxation is required.
  • An advanced level of English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in modeling and valuation of transactions/entities is positively valued.
