Our client aims to expand and enhance their recruitment team, seeking dynamic individuals fluent in Dutch to embark on this exciting venture in the vibrant city of Lisbon. Your primary goal will be to identify and attract skilled professionals across various sectors, utilizing diverse methods such as internal databases, social media platforms, advanced online searches, referral networks, networking events, and job boards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively seek out and engage potential candidates
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and candidate selection processes
• Oversee the entire recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards personal growth and development, with a strong internal drive for success
• Deliver exceptional client service within a sales-driven business development environment
• Handle administrative tasks including resume formatting, interview scheduling, candidate closing, and negotiation of employment terms
• Explore new business opportunities across different industries and facilitate business closures
• Contribute positively to the team dynamic, infusing high energy into the fast-paced culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
• A strong determination to excel and establish a thriving career in international recruitment
• A competitive mindset
• Ability to overcome objections and persist in achieving goals
• Capability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Dutch language
