Albanian Customer Support

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals fluent in Albanian to join their dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Albanian Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Albanian-speaking clientele. This position comes with an attractive relocation package to support your smooth transition to Lisbon but the priority will be given to candidates based in Portugal as it will be to start asap.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Albanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide support.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues by utilizing problem-solving skills and collaborating with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and share insights to enhance overall customer support quality.
