EL DEBUT: HR - LALIGA Clubs Office
👥 Behind every club, there is also a team that makes everything happen.
If you are passionate about people and want to discover how Human Resources are managed within professional football, this position will allow you to experience it from a unique perspective.
In HR at the LALIGA Clubs Office, you will work with talent, data, and people projects, collaborating with clubs to understand their structures and support the evolution of their HR areas.
An opportunity to learn by doing and discover the most human side of the football industry.

EL DEBUT is an opportunity to broaden your vision of Human Resources, develop new capabilities, and start building your professional career from within professional football.
What you'll do

Create content and visual materials to provide visibility to talent, both in communications with clubs and through external channels such as LinkedIn.
-
Collaborate in the design of workshops on different HR topics, aimed at the people managers of the clubs.
-
Propose new Human Resources ideas and initiatives that can add value to clubs throughout the different stages of the employee lifecycle.
-
Prepare internal reports and presentations, facilitating the sharing of generated knowledge with the team and other areas of LALIGA.
