The role

The Client Store Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring and controlling the quality of client renovation projects, acting as their point of contact in order to achieve client satisfaction.

What you'll do

· Accompany the client throughout all phases of the renovation project, from coordination with various project advisors (planning renovations with two or more trades), to managing issues during the after-sales period.

· Conduct on-site follow-up at the client's home to ensure the construction process and installers comply with the schedule and quality standards.

· Advise the client on the legal procedures required for the execution of the projects.

· Ensure the efficient execution of the client's renovation project, accompanying them during the measurement of major renovations, during their planning, on-time delivery of goods, compliance with deadlines, etc.

· Verify and certify installations regarding compliance with scheduled deadlines, budgets, quality of installation finishes, professionalism, installer conduct, and final cleaning of the work.

· Monitor the quality level of installers, report feedback to the Services Manager, and propose improvement actions.

· Act as the point of contact and provide technical support for the store's Client Project Advisors.

· Manage and actively participate in cross-departmental projects with other group departments, ensuring compliance with assigned objectives at all times.
