The role

We have a multidisciplinary team of professionals in sculpture, design, ornamentation, and specialized technical roles, working together to develop exclusive, high-quality products. We focus on different product categories, such as sculpture, lighting, jewelry, and home fragrances, following a rigorous development process from the creative proposal to industrialization.

What you'll do

  • Planning and organization of the various projects in development (approximately 90 in parallel), maintaining detailed tracking of each one.
  • Coordination with heads of each area to guarantee progress according to established timelines and required quality.
  • Supervision and management of external supplier services, ensuring the supply of pieces and materials in a timely and proper manner.
  • Exploration and analysis of new supplier services to optimize costs and improve supply quality.
  • Coordination for the creation and verification of technical data sheets before production launch, guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of the information.
  • Organization of periodic meetings with the teams involved to evaluate project status and make strategic decisions.
  • Preparation of detailed reports on the status of each project for Management.
  • Cost control and budget monitoring, detecting deviations and proposing solutions.
  • Coordination in the different project, technical, and creativity monitoring committees, ensuring fluid and transparent communication between the areas involved.
