At Candee, Talent Consultancy, we are managing this position of Project and Digital Content Coordinator (Social Area) for the Fundació Pasqual Maragall.
You will be part of the Social Area which works on improving accompaniment, information, and support for people living with Alzheimer's and other dementias, especially caregivers, families, and people with a recent diagnosis. They do this through support and training programs, outreach actions, social innovation projects, and collaborations with professionals, entities, and public administrations.
You will work transversally with the internal team, the IT area, external providers, and other collaborators to coordinate digital content, projects, and services such as AreaAlzheimer, Moodle (e-learning platform), and other digital initiatives of the area.
We are looking for a person with an interest in social impact and digital transformation, to join us to coordinate projects, organize processes, and connect business needs with technological solutions.
Coordinate digital projects for the Social Area, ensuring a transversal vision between internal teams and external collaborators.
Coordinate with different areas of the Foundation to guarantee a common strategy and efficient project management.
Manage the relationship with external providers related to digital projects, web development, content, or digital marketing.
Provide support for the budgetary and administrative monitoring of assigned projects.
Participate in the planning, prioritization, and evolution of new digital initiatives.
Coordinate the creation, review, and updating of content for the Social Area's digital platforms.
Manage the information published across different channels and platforms.
Ensure the quality, coherence, accessibility, and utility of digital content and services.
Participate in the definition of objectives, priorities, and indicators for the various digital channels and services.
Identify opportunities to improve attention and accompaniment for users through digital solutions.
Participate in co-creation and listening processes with participants, families, professionals, and other agents.
Translate detected needs into improvement proposals for digital content, services, and tools.
Drive the evolution of digital projects and resources with a people-centered approach.
Functionally administer the Social Area's digital platforms and tools (CRM, Moodle, and other applications).
Ensure the correct operational functioning of the platforms and internal processes.
Detect needs for improvement and promote efficient use of tools by the team.
Define functional requirements for new features and coordinate their development alongside the IT area.
Act as an interlocutor between the Social Area and the IT department to ensure that technological solutions respond to business needs.
Prepare reports and exploit the information available on the platforms.
Monitor indicators and metrics linked to the activity of digital projects.
Manage the quality of CRM data (duplicates, inconsistencies, maintenance, and cleaning).
Ensure the quality and consistency of information.
Identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis.
