What would your mission be in the company?
You will work in close collaboration with the current operational monitoring manager, with the objective of reinforcing this function. You will be one of the main points of contact between the client and production, and your functions to perform will be the following:
· You will perform daily monitoring of a client portfolio, understanding the needs, particularities, and procedures of each account.
· You will be the link between clients and production teams, ensuring that instructions and agreed commitments are correctly applied.
· You will monitor orders, incidents, errors, delays, and operational situations, and you will anticipate possible problems before they become incidents for the client.
· You will go to production to verify on-site situations that require it and you will work with managers to find fast and effective solutions.
· You will have the capacity to alert, question, or stop an operation when established procedures or commitments are not respected.
· You will prepare and participate in periodic account reviews with clients, analyzing the main indicators: activity, volumes, service quality, incidents, errors, returns, and evolution compared to previous periods.
