What you'll do
As a Senior HR Business Partner at Lighthouse, you'll partner with directors, vice presidents and leadership teams across Revenue and Marketing to shape people strategy and turn business priorities into practical action. This is a hands-on advisory role, combining workforce redesign and talent development with performance management and complex employee relations. Within an AI-native People & Talent function, you'll use people analytics and tools such as Claude to connect signals across clusters and bring leaders clear recommendations. You'll challenge assumptions, help leaders own their decisions and measure success by whether the business makes better decisions about its people because of your involvement.
Where you will have impact
- Partner with senior Revenue and Marketing leadership teams to shape people strategy and translate business priorities into quarterly people plans and targeted projects.
- Lead workforce redesign conversations as artificial intelligence changes roles, structures and capability needs, helping leaders decide what should change and put those decisions into practice.
- Partner closely with business leaders on change management and communication, shaping clear messages, preparing managers for team conversations and supporting employees through organisational transitions.
- Guide managers at all levels through feedback, performance improvement plans and performance calibration, in collaboration with People Operations.
- Advise on compensation, promotions, development and retention, addressing underperformance while helping strong performers succeed.
- Coach managers, strengthen leader onboarding and provide a confidential space for complex concerns, exercising judgment about when to escalate or involve others.
- Lead complex, sensitive employee relations cases as the senior escalation point for the portfolio, partnering with People Operations and involving Legal when needed.
- Challenge hiring profiles, levels, budgets and timelines constructively in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Synthesise engagement, attrition, performance, compensation and employee relations signals across clusters into business recommendations, using AI for analysis and pattern recognition and building simple dashboards where needed.
- Contribute to the design of performance, development, engagement and workforce planning programmes, bringing cluster insight into approaches that work in the business.
- Identify cross-cluster patterns that signal organisation-wide risk or opportunity and bring a clear recommendation to the Director of Talent Enablement.
Who you are
- Experience partnering with Revenue teams in an international organisation, with an understanding of commercial pressures.
- Credibility advising directors and vice presidents on people strategy, organisation design and workforce change, alongside hands-on performance management experience.
- Clear, concise communication and senior stakeholder influence, including the ability to present recommendations, challenge assumptions and maintain a constructive position under pressure.
- Data storytelling skills that connect signals across clusters, distinguish local issues from organisation-wide patterns and build a business case for action.
- Understanding of how artificial intelligence reshapes roles, team structures and capability needs, and the ability to guide leaders through workforce redesign decisions.
- Generative AI fluency for synthesis, pattern recognition and insight generation, including basic analysis and HTML dashboards, with sound judgment about the limitations of AI outputs.
- Experience independently managing complex employee relations cases with significant business, legal or reputational dimensions, including knowing when to escalate or involve Legal.
- Ability to hold a multi-cluster portfolio in view while remaining hands-on, adapting to changing priorities and organising work across time zones.
We welcome
- International Revenue partnering experience from outside SaaS; SaaS experience is helpful, not required.
- Experience contributing to or designing HR frameworks, programmes or operating models.
- Familiarity with organisation design methods, including responsibility mapping, spans of control and role design principles.
- First-hand experience supporting a function through significant AI-driven transformation.
