We are looking for an HR Transformation Consultant to join our Intelligent Consulting Hub in Barcelona and Madrid.

Functions

- Understand each client's HR needs and design AI-based business and digital solutions, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, focused on long-term success.

- Design the future vision of HR, its operating model, processes, and services, including employee experience improvements and automation integration.

- Identify and define the future skills necessary to fulfill the client's strategy, evaluating gaps and designing upskilling and reskilling plans.

- Execute HR Transformation programs linked to the adoption of new ways of working, digital platforms, and AI solutions that drive efficiency and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead work teams in HR digital transformation projects, managing stakeholders, planning, and deliverables.
• Analyze end-to-end HR processes and design new processes supported by cloud HCM technologies and generative AI capabilities.
• Configure or supervise functional configurations in HCM platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and coordinate with technical teams to ensure quality and governance.
• Prepare functional documentation, adoption plans, training materials, and change management strategies applied to HR digitalization.
• Stay up to date in AI applied to HR (Generative AI, Agentic AI, copilots for HR, intelligent automation, and HR analytics).
• Ensure that proposed solutions meet criteria for scalability, security, user experience, and technological sustainability.

Job Modality
The position is performed in Barcelona or Madrid in a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
