The role

We are looking to bring on 2 interns to provide support to the Marketing Operations team, with a business and customer-oriented focus (front office marketing).

This is an ideal opportunity to develop a global vision of marketing within a multinational company, collaborating with different areas and participating in key processes.

What you'll do

Collaborate with different departments (sales, logistics, purchasing, customer service, finance).
Management and updating of product information in internal systems.
Support in pricing processes (costs, rates, margins).
Review and support of promotional materials (catalogues, brochures).
Communication with national and international suppliers.
Support in cross-functional projects within the area.
Preparation and maintenance of reports in Excel.

How you'll work

Full-time (40h per week):
Monday to Thursday + intensive Friday until approx. 14h.
(possibility of 30h depending on the collective agreement).
Minimum duration: 6 months.
Work mode: on-site.
Start date: 1st student at the end of August and the 2nd student in mid-September.
