The role

At Lyreco Iberia, located in Cornellà de Llobregat, we are looking for FULL-TIME interns who want to start developing their professional career with us.

For the MARKETING OPERATIONS department, we need to incorporate a student to provide us with support in all daily tasks.

What you'll do

What will you learn with us?

Communication with national and international suppliers.
Communication with other company departments (accounting, procurement, logistics, customer service, sales area, etc.)
Creation and updating of product content in our SAP system (internal system) and STEP (web) such as: characteristics, documentation, etc.
Quoting of new products. Cost and rate systems.
Review of promotional brochures, catalogs, which we generate during the year, etc.
Support in transversal company tasks.
Maintenance and creation of Excel files with formulas.

How you'll work

In-person internship contract for a FULL WORKING DAY of 40 hours per week from Monday to Thursday, and intensive working day on Fridays until approximately 2:00 PM (30H is negotiable depending on the type of collective agreement).
Minimum internship period of 6 months.
