What we're looking for
- Degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or similar)
- Understanding of the pharma market
- Knowledge of Excel and CRM platforms, with digital tools such as Notion being a plus
- Required at least 2 years of experience in sales or within the healthcare and life sciences sector
- Interpersonal skills

The role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) with exceptional skills to sell iDoctus' innovative digital marketing products to pharmaceutical laboratories.
What you'll do
- Closing sales.
- Being proactive and maintaining a results-oriented focus on closing contracts.
- Developing a deep understanding of the needs and operational workflows of generic drug manufacturers and medical technology (MedTech) companies.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to execution and reporting campaign results.
- Developing and monitoring the sales opportunity pipeline.
- Maintaining and reporting the sales forecast within the iDoctus CRM.
- Keeping campaigns updated in Notion, ensuring a highly structured service delivery process.
This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The performance of different tasks as necessitated by the changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization is expected.
