🔧 What will your main responsibilities be?
✅ Perform mold changes according to the daily schedule and ensure the correct startup of the injection machines.
✅ Resolve technical incidents in the production processes, ensuring that production remains within the established standards.
✅ Validate productions and processes after changes are made, guaranteeing compliance with quality requirements and defined parameters.
✅ Manage and complete the technical documentation necessary for the monitoring and improvement of production processes.
✅ Supervise compliance with quality, productivity, order, cleanliness, safety, and environmental standards.
✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant, ensuring equipment productivity and supporting operators in meeting established objectives.
