🎯 Your mission

You will be responsible for ensuring—and exceeding—the goals of the assigned lines, leading and collaborating with the teams in the Focus Factory and other areas of the organization. You will identify improvement opportunities, drive action plans, and ensure the implementation of standards that boost performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing the team under your charge.

🛠️ Main responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum quality of the finished product by meeting standards and monitoring KPIs.

  • Meet production and cost targets, driving operational efficiency.

  • Produce the quantity established by the Focus Factory, optimizing resources.

  • Keep teams motivated and committed.

  • Promote and implement continuous improvements (including YC, A3).

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, leading risk communications.

👤 Who we are looking for

  • Higher education, preferably in an industrial field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational management (electronics experience is a plus).

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.

  • Availability for the fourth shift (3 weeks of Monday-to-Saturday morning shifts and one week off—3 weeks of Sunday-to-Friday night shifts and one week off—3 weeks of Monday-to-Saturday afternoon shifts and one week off).

  • Training or experience in the following will be valued:

    • Robots, screwdrivers, breakdowns.

    • EOL verification: connection / programming / operation.

    • Cameras, PLCs, machine error resolution.

    • Team leadership, Lean tools (5S, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma), A3.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) and the possibility of a fourth shift.
