What we're looking for

University degree in logistics, transport, business administration, or similar.
Previous experience in the supervision and analysis of distribution/transport systems and procedures. As well as in the review of proposals and recommendations regarding transport rates and regulations.
Knowledge in the evaluation of fleet/cargo classification, applicable rates, and operational efficiency.
Experience in the planning and coordination of fleet operations, including acquisition, scheduling, maintenance, repair, and truck availability.
An advanced level of English is required.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Result orientation, collaboration, and ability to work in a team.
We are looking for someone with a high level of commitment and motivation, results orientation, organizational and planning skills, analytical ability, and teamwork.

The role

We are looking for a Transport Technician for the B2C and Reverse Logistics team.

Your mission will be to supervise and analyze distribution and transport systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and economical shipment of the organization's products.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, your main functions will be:

Supervise and analyze distribution/transport systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and economical shipment of products.
Review proposals and make recommendations regarding changes in transport rates and regulations.
Evaluate fleet/cargo classification, applicable rates, and operational efficiency to ensure the proper shipment of products.
Plan and coordinate fleet operations, including acquisition, scheduling, maintenance, repair, and truck availability.
Ensure the implementation of improvements in transport processes to optimize costs and delivery times.
