Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training: Engineering, Degree in a technical field, Vocational Training in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Electronics, Electricity, Mechatronics, or similar.
User level of Microsoft Excel and office tools.
Organized, proactive profile with a client-oriented approach.
Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in positions in internal sales, commercial administration, technical office, logistics, or industrial warehouse.
Highly valuable previous experience in industrial or technical distribution environments.

What we offer

Stable incorporation directly with the end company.
Initial training plan to learn about products, processes, and work tools.
Hybrid model once the training period is completed:
- Initially 100% on-site.
- Subsequently, 3 days in the office and the possibility of teleworking the rest of the week.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:30 h (40 minutes for lunch).
- Friday: 08:00 to 15:00 h.
- Intensive working day during July and August: 08:00 to 15:00 h.
Gross annual salary based on the experience and career path provided.

The role

We are looking for an organized person, with a customer orientation and the ability to operate in a technical-industrial environment, participating in the entire internal commercial process and order management, for an industrial company in Bergondo.

Your mission

You will be part of the internal sales department, acting as a link between customers, the sales team, suppliers, and logistics, managing inquiries, offers, and the administrative and technical follow-up of orders.

What you'll do

Main duties

Attention and management of inquiries from customers and the external sales team.
Preparing and following up on sales offers.
Claiming and follow-up of offers by telephone and email.
Administrative management of orders and purchases from suppliers.
Coordination of material reception and preparation of associated documentation.
Issuance of delivery notes and management of goods outgoing.
Resolution and follow-up of commercial incidents with customers.
Support in the management of technical documentation.
Coordination of equipment repairs and replacements when necessary.
Regular use of spreadsheets and administrative management tools.
