The role

At LJ Selection, we are looking to recruit professionals to develop a career as financial agents within a major European entity in the financial sector.

The position is aimed at individuals with a consolidated professional career who wish to start a new business project, increase their growth possibilities, and progressively develop their own client portfolio.

What you'll do

Progressively develop and manage a personal client portfolio.
Identify and contact potential clients within their professional and personal network.
Analyze the financial needs of individuals and families.
Offer a personalized financial planning and support service.
Prepare and conduct commercial meetings with the support of a supervisor.
Maintain trusting, long-term professional relationships with clients.
Participate in the training and certifications necessary to carry out the activity.
Develop a viability plan to organize the growth of their professional project.
Work progressively to achieve a consolidated portfolio of approximately 150–200 clients.

How you'll work

The collaboration will be formalized through a commercial contract, so the individual must be registered as self-employed.

Location: Palma de Mallorca.
Modality: flexible, with in-person meetings and autonomous organization.
Type of relationship: commercial contract as a financial agent.
Regime: self-employed professional.
