Document Controller

Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or related fields within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sector.

Previous experience in document management within architecture studios, engineering firms, construction companies, or large-scale technical projects will be highly valued.

Knowledge of platforms such as Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, Aconex, SharePoint, Oracle, or similar document management tools.

Understanding of BIM methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and professional PDF managers.

High level of English (minimum C1) to work with international teams and clients.

Highly organized, meticulous profile oriented toward detail.

Ability to work under pressure, manage demanding deadlines, and coordinate multiple deliveries simultaneously.

Communication skills to interact with multicultural teams and ensure compliance with document processes.

Document Controller (H/M/X) Document Controller | International Architecture Studio

At Manpower Professional Recruitment we are looking for a Document Controller to join a renowned international architecture studio, participating in large-scale projects of high technical complexity. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the control, traceability, and correct document management of all information generated during the project life cycle.

Manage, register, code, and distribute project technical documentation: plans, BIM models, technical specifications, reports, deliverables, and communications with clients.

Ensure compliance with the document coding standards and protocols established for each project.

Supervise information exchange flows through document management platforms and Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Aconex, or SharePoint.

Perform version control and reviews of all issued documentation.

Coordinate review processes, approvals, RFIs, and document deliveries between multidisciplinary teams, consultancies, and international clients.

Verify document quality before each official issuance, ensuring that documents comply with established graphic standards, formats, signatures, and contractual requirements.

Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) and prepare document tracking and traceability reports.

Manage a high volume of documentation, ensuring the organization and control of thousands of files simultaneously.

Schedule: Flexible, with arrival between 9:00 and 10:00 h and departure between 18:00 and 19:00 h (one hour for lunch).
