From Manpower Professional Recruitment, we collaborate with a leading private hospital in Navarra that is looking to incorporate a Preventive Medicine Physician (M/F/X) to join its own Prevention Service.

We are looking for a profile with a passion for occupational health, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to carry out cross-functional activities within a consolidated healthcare environment, participating both in health surveillance and in preventive actions aimed at improving the well-being and safety of professionals.

• Performing medical examinations and occupational health surveillance activities.
• Assessing work aptitudes and monitoring particularly sensitive workers.
• Providing care and counseling in consultations related to occupational health.
• Investigating and monitoring occupational accidents and work-related diseases.
• Participating in the assessment of occupational risks and in preventive planning.
• Developing and implementing health promotion programs and healthy habits.
• Providing training and information on occupational risk prevention.
• Advising on the preventive disciplines of workplace safety, ergonomics, and applied psychosocial factors.
• Participating in safety and health committees, collaborating on continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinating preventive activities and drafting action protocols in accordance with current regulations.
