The role
Production Shift Leader (M/F/X) Production Shift Leader (M/F/X) At Manpower, we are looking for an important industrial company located in Aldaia to incorporate a Production Shift Leader - No nights or weekends (M/F/X) to lead and coordinate the plant's production operations, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency objectives during their shift. Main functions: Organize, coordinate, and supervise the productive activity of the assigned shift. Manage and lead the production team, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. Guarantee compliance with manufacturing plans, quality standards, and safety procedures. Control production indicators (productivity, efficiency, waste, downtime, quality, etc.). Coordinate production incidents and ensure correct communication between shifts. Perform monitoring and reporting of the shift results. Requirements: Previous experience of at least 3 years in managing production teams in an industrial environment. Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills. Split shift from Monday to Friday: 8:00-14:00 h | Lunch break of 1 to 1.5 hours | Departure between 17:00 and 17:30 h. Knowledge of production management IT tools. Driver's license.
