What we're looking for

It is important to have Higher Level Vocational Training.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial environments is required, having held the role of shift supervisor, team leader, or line manager.
It is necessary to possess excellent skills such as tolerance to pressure, agility in decision-making, and a strong orientation toward results and people.

Nice to have

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in food companies, although we are fully open to considering profiles from other demanding industrial sectors (pharma, cosmetics, packaging, FMCG) if they provide proven experience in team management.
It will be positively valued to possess a Technical Engineering degree or a Bachelor's degree (Industrial, Food Science, or similar), as well as experience in automated processes, Lean Manufacturing, food safety, or occupational risk prevention.

We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor in Valladolid to lead the daily operations and have a direct impact on manufacturing results and product quality.

What you'll do

Guarantee the correct operation of the production lines and comply with the manufacturing schedule established during your shift.
Lead, organize, and coordinate a production team of between 20 and 40 people.
Optimize human and material resources, controlling downtime, format changes, and line startups.
Act immediately to resolve any incidents in real time and manage possible conflicts related to the team.
Ensure strict compliance with productivity and efficiency standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
Organize shifts, breaks, and the distribution of daily staff tasks.

How you'll work

Permanent contract that guarantees a stable position designed for the long term.
Full-time employment and rotating shifts of Morning, Afternoon, and Night (Monday to Friday). Important note: The night week is worked from Sunday to Thursday.
Adapted schedule organization: during the week in which the night shift is performed, work is carried out from Sunday to Thursday.
