Traffic Manager and Driver (Passenger Transport)

Do you have experience as a Traffic Manager and Driver in road passenger transport? Do you want to take another step in your professional career and work for a long-distance company?

Our client, a company dedicated to offering national transport services, is looking for a profile to join working in close collaboration with Management, in a position involving both management and driving when necessary. Reporting directly to the manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and coordination of routes and schedules to optimize resources and guarantee service punctuality.
• Assignment of vehicles and drivers, supervising compliance with transport and road safety regulations.
• Control and monitoring of incidents on the road, resolving operational unforeseen events.
• Supervision of the preventive maintenance of the fleet and communication with external workshops.
• Direct customer service and resolution of incidents related to the service.
• Driving buses/coaches on regular, discretionary, or school routes, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Compliance with passenger transport regulations and safety protocols.
